Details for Sponsors:

• Gifts purchased by sponsors are to be brought to SWCM for distribution to clients. Sponsors are not responsible for delivering gifts directly to the parent/guardians. This is for confidentiality and safety purposes.
• Unless otherwise determined by SWCM staff.
• Gift items should be dropped off at SWCM (8504 Terry Road 40258) no later than December 5th, in order for SWCM to coordinate pick up with clients.
• Gift items should NOT be wrapped (sorry, we know many of you find joy in that part).
• Wrapping paper and wrapping supplies can be provided but it is not required.

Monetary Donors:

• Many times, our donors and volunteers don’t have the time to shop but still want to support this program. Monetary donations are always welcome, and all donations are spent directly toward gift purchases for children or families who we did not have a direct sponsor for.
• Each year, we have a waitlist for families and children who need help, so all monetary donations go toward funding gift purchases to try to make a small impact on each family requesting assistance through this program. Even if it is just one gift per child, it’s better than nothing at all.

Please Note: due to limited storage capacity, we are unable to accept new or used item donations that have not been specifically requested by SWCM staff.
