How to Apply
- Apply online. Start an Application Online
- For application assistance, find a kynector to help you with your application.
- Call 1 (855) 306-8959 to speak with a caseworker to apply over the phone.
- Fill out the application at home. Print out the Medicaid/KCHIP application and mail, fax, or hand deliver it to your local DCBS office.
- Apply in-person. Visit your local DCBS office.

Medicare (Medical Insurance for 65+)
Or call 1 (800) 772-1213 and tell the representative you want to sign up for Medicare Parts A and B, or Part A only.
